Just part of today. My plan is to take the ferry to Vermont for all things maple syrup, cheese, chocolate, and apple cider through the day tomorrow. Looks like it runs pretty regularly, so probably sometime this afternoon/evening depending on how things pan out. Oh, and visiting a friend in Barre tomorrow. :) I don't have a hard schedule outside of some work deadlines, hence why I'm at the coffee shop, Which has great Vermont tea! All of that to say, I definitely buzz through pretty quickly but happy to catch any of the menu crew folks if it's possible!

Young dog hiding under the table at the coffee shop. You can see my amazing style in the dress that I bought and wore off the rack from a boho shop in Helen. Good times.

Good morning everybody!

Have people seen the Lego Advent calendars? They are pretty cute. They come in Harry Potter, Star Wars and Avengers themes. Marilyn ordered the Harry Potter and Star Wars sets.

We had a good weekend. Friday night we went downtown for dinner. When the sun went down it got chilly, so I had to wear Marilyn's coat.

Saturday was my meet. I matched last year's Snatch with 55 Kilos, but my Clean and Jerk was less at 69 Kilos. There were a number of high school girls participating, who were lifting more than their body weight, so amazing.

I went to Marilyn's tennis match after the meet and to her tennis friends for drinks afterwards.

Sunday we got the river quiver assembled. I will post pictures of it on Friday.

QOTD: I imagine that I would at first not believe it and scavenge around trying to find the other people. Eventually I would go and liberate the Chateau Mouton Rothschild.

Breakfast: egg sandwich

lunch: steak

dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Good morning everyone and happy October. I am going to try and post more. I need to make time for this. I need the accountability! I have started working with an internist that specializes in weight management. I am working on tackling my regain. I lost 6 lbs last month. I was happy with that and so was she. I am working on behavior modification. It's nothing new or exciting. It's stuff that I already know, but it's nice to have the accounability and support.

I feel like the past few years have been hard mentally and emotionally for me. I feel like I have just been existing. I want to thrive and find me again if that makes any sense. I have been feeling a bit lost.

QOTD- I think I would take a nap! I am not sure if its a mom thing, hormones or overthinking about all the things, but my sleep has not been good.

Food plan for today-

Quest salted protein shake with cold brew

scrambled egg, 1/4 cup Trader Joes light motz in my chaffle maker. ( Its my new favorite bread substitute)

Shredded chicken with lots of hot sauce

Mahi mahi burger with shredded lettuce, tomato and tzatziki

Goals for today- Exercise, water, vitamins, and no wine or whine! LOL

Have a great day everyone and be kind.

Rosie :)
