Thank you! It's right at 50 degrees at the moment. Sitting wrapped in a blanket and the sun feels warm as it's rising.

Mornin' All!

I regrettably missed class yesterday because I was feeling very lethargic and on top of that, it was raining cats and dogs when it was time to go. Then I wasted two hours of my life and hundreds of brain cells watching the debate last night. Today will be better. I have another class today, and a "Name that Tune" event tonight that one of my social groups is holding. I heard it was a blast last year, so I'm looking forward to it.

QOTD: I've switched a couple of times. I was with one doctor for several years (whom I adored) before she left doctor hood at age 52 because she couldn't stand working for corporate managed health care, and doctors can't really make it on their own in this area. She now does acupuncture at her own acupuncture clinic. So I started going to another one within the same corporation, who was fine, but then I changed insurance companies which works with another HMO, so I had to change again. The first one I picked at the new place was pretty good, but then she retired early, so I went with another one at the same clinic whom several of my friends go to. I've been with her for four or five years now. I like her. Plus she's in her 40s which I think is the perfect age for a doctor (at least for me). She's been at this long enough that she's had some significant experience, plus she's young enough that she'll probably outlive me. I don't want to have to be scrambling to find a new doctor when I'm in my 80s.

after a few days of rain, it's supposed to be sunny the next few days, so I'll bike to class today and will probably be doing a lot of outdoor exercise the next few days. YAY!

coffee with half & half

pumpkin yogurt with 2 T granola

maybe a protein shake

Thai-style salad

borscht (never did get around to eating this the last couple of days - but I will today!)

Ratio yogurt

Danish bread

have a great day, everyone!

The Donald Duck meme someone created after the Chris Christy remark at the debate is really good. Just turn Donald upside down
