What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Just in case you don't know, the legs eventually go bald and you never need to shave again. I think I was 70 when that happened. I do not yell and find it amazing that men talk back to the TV. When people act ignorant, like at your class on Sunday QBJ, I send up silent thanks that I am nicer and smarter than they are.
I made beef stew in the slow cooker, thinking I would eat more meat, but really did not like it. I think I will try a small ham to have meat that I like and is still easy. I love fresh corn on the cob but that season is over for the year and the frozen is not very tasty. I did buy some Honey Crisp apples and they are really good.

hair loss happened even earlier for me (although fortunately, not the hair on my head!). I haven't had to shave my legs in probably five years - and I used to be embarrassed when I was a teen about my hairy arms - but now you'd need a microscope to see the hairs. I've noticed recently that my eyebrows have started to disappear now, too. But I'm OK with all of this as long as it stays on my head!
P.S. my dermatologist said hair loss in older people is due to decreased hormone levels.

I'm still waiting for the hair loss to stop. Seems to be coming back everywhere but on my head. Wish there was a trick!

I have been noticing that my berries from the grocery store are not as flavorful , but I still want them in my salad. I went to the Asian market yesterday to purchase yellow pickled radish (yum), but they didn't have the fruit I wanted (rambutan and jujube). Apparently, they get the fruit shipment on Friday. I was told Lychee is the fruit in season so might have to get that instead. I will go back on Friday.
