Sometimes doing some very light, higher repetition weighted exercises can help relieve muscle pain from previous workouts. Maybe even some bodyweight exercises for the sore muscles.

Good Morning! It's technically my Friday-eve for the work week. With training the new person the day flew by yesterday, so far he seems to be doing really well and seems happy.

QOTD: Em and I bicker sometimes but I don't know if I actually yell very much.
