What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning menuers,

QOTD- Actually yelled at someone? Can't remember when that happened last outside of dog shenanigans. I raised my voice to call over a guy with a sign the other day to give him a sandwich before the light turned green. That's the closest I like to get.

All day meeting today plus the commute both ways. Happy hour after that I'll skip because the hours just don't add up for how long I can be out.

I tried a 30 minute chair (couch) workout routine and some stretching yesterday. Fortunately, I'm able to do everything I've tried so far except positions that put my head down. Inversions aren't so great in my world. Another good note...my fitness level might actually be at like a 2/10 since the beginner routines are doable. Yay! Even used a 5 pound weight yesterday. My joints all pop and crack with everything. Ah, the joys of aging.

Menu is some kind of buffet for lunch, boiled eggs, smoked salmon on whole wheat bread, protein yogurt. I'm grateful that Ratio is back on the menu.

Time to get going and put the cone on old boy. Cheers!

I have a hard time with inversions as well. They can make me nauseous or dizzy.

Same! It's kind of like when I go in a sauna and people tell me I'm supposed to feel relaxed and great. Nope, just feels like I'm going to die until I get out in the fresh air. Some of us just get wired differently.

Good morning folks. Movie Day! Who doesn't like an Agatha Christie flick. And popcorn.

QOTD: I can't remember yelling at someone in anger. I do yell at people while driving, but they have it coming. And they don't know I'm yelling at them. I sometimetimes yell at people on the TV. But that's just audience interaction.

Is Nemo on the menu? That is a tiny sized fish, probably could work those calories into the diet, even fried! This might go back to eating cute animals though.
