My grandpa ate Vicks when he got sick...I like the smell when I'm stuffed up though!

Good morning ~ I hope you feel better and get the list done - I totally get the list. I got 14,600 steps in yesterday and I felt that everywhere this morning. I wasn't wearing the best shoes either so my feet ache too. It made me feel so old! It's more motivation to lose this weight and get stronger. Now, I have a double espresso protein coffee and feeling fine. Another really long day surrounded by food. The food is sketchy so far which is great tbh - winning!
QOTD - I rarely ever get colds but Nyquil is my jam. I don't know if it really does anything but the warmth relaxes me, believing sweet relief and sleep are on the way. Dayquil is joke.
B- espresso protein coffee, buffet
l-buffet
d - out with the gang tbd
s - jerky and fruit
Have a great day!

You had me at double espresso protein coffee!
And great job on 14,600 steps.
Don't know if you are into pumpkin drinks, but this iced pumpkin protein latte is da bomb!

I do like pumpkin coffee and especially the foam. I had a PP pumpkin protein coffee that was so pumpkiny that now I'm not craving this anymore!

Mornin' All!
one of our cats is sick. I think he might be coming down with another bout of pancreatitis. If so, I think this is the third (?). I'm taking him to the vet at 11:30. Hopefully that's what it is because they can usually recover from that (not always, but usually). He's 18.5 years old, so I freak out every time something's up with him. He's always bounced back, but at that age, you never know.
other than that, not much going on. A friend offered me a free ticket to a play tonight (her companion can't go), but I told her about the cat and said to check back with me later if she can't find anyone else to go - because I might be able to depending on what's up with the cat. It'd be fun - but if Mr. Cat (not his real name!) is really sick, I wouldn't enjoy myself very much - plus I wouldn't want to leave him, esp since DH isn't going to be home until late tonight.
QOTD: I don't get colds very often and rarely do anything about them other than rest, but I've used Mucinex in the past and yes, it IS helpful...
B: I've already had coffee. Not hungry at all, but may have a protein shake later
L: salad and some kind of protein (probably Ratio yogurt)
AS: rye bread and yogurt
D: I have no idea - I really need to get with the program! Vegetables and some kind of protein for sure
have a great day, everyone!
Sending best wishes to you and your kitty. Hope he is ok.
