Good morning, everybody!
Today is Marilyn?s 56th birthday. And tomorrow is our 33rd anniversary.
Marilyn loves the Jardiance commercial. I think it?s because everyone seems so happy, singing about lowering their a1C, and dancing around in colorful outfits.
Im not sure how a Jardiance themed party would work, maybe I should have contracted with QJB for cookies. I suppose that if I were really on the ball, I could have hired the Jardiance lady to come for an appearance. She could scoot around my yard in a yellow dress while we had ****tails on the screen porch.
I can?t imagine that her appearance fee is that high. I do think that a similar scheme ended tragically for Phil Dunphy when he hired the wrong 80?s pop trio to play at Claire? party. Oh, well it?s too late now.
UPDATE: it was actually Claire who hired the wrong band for Phils birthday (and forgot what their song was)
I?m trying a new place for lunch today https://leafrenchcafe.com/menu/ . I think that I will get Le Parisian - ham, cheese and butter. I will get the side salad instead of chips, hopefully it has a nice simple dressing. They say their are only four ingredients in their bread, hopefully the same is true of the dressing.
Other than that, CrossFit and Marilyn bought a tomahawk Ribeye for our anniversary.
QOTD: lie on the couch and watch murder shows.
Breakfast: yogurt and fruit
Lunch: Le Parisien
Dinner: Ribeye
Have a great day all!

It drives me nuts. But I'm not a fan of things where people spontaneously break into song and dance.

I cringe when I hear it. And when I look it is even worse. I think it is implying that the pill is magic and no need for diet and exercise. Oh, I should take it since I have no desire to exercise lately. It's been a week since I ran.
Happy 56th Birthday to Marilyn. Hope you come up with something special for her before the sun goes down.
33rd Anniversary. Congratulations. I love a good success story!!!
