What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good mornin everyone!
Boy I was in a bad mood yesterday. Especially after my appointment happened. I don't particularly like being treated like a moron or a child. Just so much of a war in my head. Depression sucks. Emotional eating sucks too. When will I ever learn food is NOT comfort. Yuck.
Today will be better. Not sure there is any plans for the day. I'd like to do absolutely nothing but thee are things that need done.
QOTD: if I thought r3lly hard about it I'd be a vegetarian. Not vegan though. My complaint is the way animals are treated. I think it can be unnecessarily cruel and cold. I'm a firm believer they feel pain and know love. They deserve respect for what they contribute to our world. It doesn't hurt to be more humane. Oh and I will not eat baby animals or octopus.
B: eggs and a small low carb tortilla coffee
L: ?????
no idea of the rest.

Good morning all. JB is off for her mom. For some reason she left two wild animals with me in the house. Who has animals roaming around in their homes? It seems really weird.
Only three more days of summer.
QOTD: there is nothing i'm opposed to eating on ethical or religious grounds. Tons of things I don't want to eat. But I like what I like, and that's what I eat.

That is a recipe for disaster. A house in my neighborhood burned down a couple of years ago when their propane tank to their BBQ exploded! People are certainly inventive/creative in finding solutions to problems (e.g. no deck)

Qotd - I don't eat veal or pate, I know too much about how the animals are treated. I don't eat seafood or mayo because I am almost religious about how much I don't like it. I am sure there are a lot of things in other cultures that I wouldn't eat but to each their own.

Mornin' All!
that physical therapist I saw yesterday (have had him before, too) really works me hard. Too hard. I really ache this morning. I'll probably do the easier exercises this morning and hold off on the tougher ones until later today or this evening. I'm not sure it's good to do some of these when I'm already in pain. UGH. He measured my range of motion at last week's session, though, and I've had quite a bit of improvement since I started PT a few weeks ago, so it IS working...
I've got class today at 11:00 and a Zoom meeting at 1:30. Otherwise, nothing - although I have plenty of things I need to get caught up on (as usual...)
QOTD: I don't/won't eat baby animals (like lamb or veal) or pate. I also rarely eat beef (or ANY ground beef), but that's due more to health reasons than ethical reasons. I'll occasionally eat pork, fish, and poultry, but way less often than I used to. I could easily be vegetarian (and am about 90% there already), but vegan would be tough.
B: plain skyr with fruit, coffee with half & half
MS: I came in under my calorie limit yesterday with only an afternoon snack, so I may skip this again this morning
L: Danish bread and Ratio yogurt
AS: protein shake?
D: salad and some kind of protein
have a great day, everyone!!
Trish-remind what classes you are taking now
