There's a liquor store I go to that I have noticed has had bottles of it for 44.95. Apparently he can get it in rather quickly. You need to take a trip to CT. :)

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

My treadmill has dust on it right now. I am struggling with exercise. I woke up Friday and they scale said 155. I was so happy. However, I drank my dinner Thursday night, so it was only dehydration looking at me. Darn. The wedding was beautiful. I only took pictures of the bride and groom. Not one photo of me and Ron. sorry. Here is a pick of the cookies I made though. Nope not one of the cookie table

QOTD: Being here is the only thing that helps and posting my weight every day. If I do not weigh and post, I do not feel accountable. Some post on here and do not update their weight. Others post here *****ally struggle and when given advise say they know what they are doing they don't need our help. Well, when you hit the high side of you weight that you said you would never hit maybe you should take some advice. I welcome all advise. It never hurts to be reminded of what we are missing.

I do think most (and probably all) of the people on here know what they need to do - it's more a matter of motivation. Unless they specifically ask for help, I assume they're probably just venting. And we're a "safe" group to do that with - we've all been there and we all understand the struggle. And honestly, I don't even look at people's weights, so I have no idea if they update them or not. I suspect most people don't - or not regularly, anyway. And that's OK - I honestly don't really care what they put. But if people do want help/advice/suggestions, I hope they feel comfortable asking.

those cookies are beautiful, btw!

I believe that if you weight is up and you're not asking for help you are in denial. That is how regain begins.

I don't update my weight weekly however, I am accountable to myself and I do use MFP for all my meals, workouts and weekly weighing. Is my weight at its lowest during the honeymoon phase (128 lbs) which was a fleeting one week weight? I currently run 135lbs. However since my lowest I did start weightlifting, yoga and Pilates. I will be monitoring my body fat using a DexaScan at the end of the month. I Will purchase a 3 scan package so I can repeat the assessment at intervals.
