It's definitely a two person job, even with the lifter that goes on to the trailer hitch. I have to get her wheels because she struggles to carry it down to the water with me. But she loves the foot paddles and steering rudder.

Mamma Mia, it's-a da weekend; that's a spicy meat-a-ball.
This weekend will be great. I have nothing planned for the afternoons so it's catch up time. I may actually get to my to do list.
QOTD- I like candy corn for being a vehicle of sugar and memories. I haven't had any in at least 5 years.

Happy Good Morning! Yep, QJB, I slept like a champ. 8 hours with only one wake up. I was napping before 9:30 am yesterday, but I only allowed myself to be down and out for 15 minutes. And then I moved my butt all day! Well not all day, I also read an entire book. But no additional napping and I stayed up til 10. Rolled out of bed at 6:45 this morning after a nice slow wake up and stretch.
Yesterday I was successful with exercise and with food. I'm done with PT. No improvement. Need to schedule an MRI, but essentially my therapist thinks I am going to be stuck with chronic knee pain and have flares for the rest of my life. Flares generally last 4 to 12 months and the best medicine is to keep working and strengthening my quads. I don't love this diagnosis, but I'm going to keep working hard. It would be nice to be able to take some NSAIDS to help with the internal inflammation, but we all know that a non starter for me.
Today I shall summit my little Mount Helix walk and do my stair workout there. And then, I've got nothing all day. I'm going to a fancy schmancy fundraiser on Monday night. ****tail attire, but it will chilly because it's near the ocean. Do I need a new dress? Empty hours today may be a ding on my credit card bill.
QoTD: Why ya gotta hate on the little triangle guys? I do like that waxy, chewy, it's finally fall flavor. I hate pumpkin spice, so maybe this is my fall spice? I actually have a little bag here in the house hidden from myself so I can use it with the grands for a craft project.
And speaking of craft projects...this is last Friday's project. They had a great time and it only took my like 2 hours to get my kitchen back put together and the paint spatters cleaned away!

Love the kiddos Halloween decor! I just switched over my lights to Halloween, from 5 to 9. People have their Halloween stuff out already...so I would be doing that too except for all the travel. As soon as I get back, Halloween will explode all over my yard!!
