I was a loyal Nike Pegasus fan for years until several version ago when my foot started over pronating and sliding out/off the base. The HOKA Cliftons did the same, but HOKA scapegoats are great for hiking - super sticky and great neutral support. Brooks are great too, but chunky and just not cute. So far these feel great, I hope they stays that way.

Oddly enough, I've never owned a pair of Nikes. Or Adidas. I never found either in my size. I've been almost exclusively New Balance for longer than I can remember.

I told someone a while back that I've never worn Nikes, and they looked at me as if I said I've never eaten a potato chip.

Good Morning! I hope you enjoy the weekend and stay safe and dry. Tomorrow I have an appt for my Covid booster (I will have a 1 1/2 weeks before our first of the concert trio the next month so I'm glad to be able to get that taken care of). I might work a few hours if we get some reports just to ease the workload early next week. I was able to make a job offer so I'm hoping that works out and soon maybe I'll be training someone again.

QOTD: I get the Autumn mix for our little candy bowl. I will take a few of the candy corn that have "chocolate" but the pumpkins are my fav. One bag per season usually is enough for us.
