What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

I'm a four on the rubber duckie scale. Slightly deflated but mostly inflated. I finally got a good message with the info of my case manager...which I had no idea I had one and I'll be calling her at 9am. Hopefully this'll be what I need. I don't even care if it's in Lubbock but if it's in Dallas...that will be almost un doable.
sorry to write that here but the rubber duckie is a perfect scale this morning! Love your pictures!

I think I am duck #3 today--slightly dented but still functional.

I only upgraded to the 5 from a 2 in July. But if this one keeps trying to kill me, I might have to become an early adopter of the 6

I can not believe in this day and age, after what we all have gone through, someone would put unwrapped candies out for everybody to touch and pick out. I would show up with Lysol at her desk.

Good morning ~ Wow that pic! I hope the rain holds off so your cookout doesn't become a cook-in. I hope the conference ladies have a great time. Can't wait to hear about all the things. Good day yesterday, short day today. I just need to finish up some things and prep for a conference next week. Next Friday is a holiday (Native American Day that replaced Columbus Day - yay!) and I will still be away, so I am taking this Monday off instead. My last year for this one since I'm passing the torch to my trainee - another yay! Running some errands after work here, there and everywhere. Otherwise, I'm feeling emotionally/mentally strong, but a little physically run down. It's time for some labs and a follow up w/my center soon. A chill weekend with some fresh air, lots of walks, shopping and house stuff, football and more Halloween movies.
QOTD - I don't get the all the hate for cute little candy corns. Not my favorite. They were a disappointment in my halloween bag every year as they were not chocolate, but still sweet and better than raisins.
B- coffee x2 and protein cold brew - getting sick of this
l - IN and Out protein style cheeseburger
d - grilled chicken and salad
s - tomatoes, cucumbers and jerky
Have a great day and weekend!
OMG ya'll - Nike won me back, Pegasus 40's are a hit once more. First of all CUTE, second the fit and they are neutral/stable for me.

Those are super cute! I used to love my lightweight Nike runners but after I tore my achilles, the foot doc said it caused over pronation in one foot and said I couldn't wear them anymore :( I still have my favorites in a box on the closet shelf because I couldn't bear to throw them away!
