Good morning! Not sure how QJB did on sleep last night. I got in a good 5 hours, but eyes open at 3:09 am. Fought it for a bit and then channeled my inner Jen and I got up and am reading all the internet and I balanced our checkbook and am researching recipes for apps for a small gathering Saturday. So, off to a good start and I'm feeling 100% today.
I was spot on for accountability and got in 123 minutes of exercise per my tracker yesterday. I'm not saying it was all sweaty, stressful exercise...but I was moving. And a gold star for me for food choices. Today I have PT, want to get in a good walk and need to stop at the market and find something that's calling my name to make for dinner. Right now I've got no idea. Wishing for a cold snap so I could be happy making soup. But the weather is so perfect right now, I need to not wish that away!
QoTD: I can do it, but it takes a lot of hyping myself up and I do not enjoy it
Menu:
B: leftover piece of chicken shawarma and a little cottage cheese
L: veggie lasagna from the freezer
D: TBD
Peace Everybody!

Ha, yep we're back to our shared sleep imbalance. I slept longer than you but it was not good sleep and I feel groggy instead of rested. I agree that 5 good hours can set you up for a good productive day! Maybe I'll take a nap later. I literally have nothing better to do!

I wanted to tell you that your awesome AirTag names inspired me to change the one in my suitcase to something more fun than "Jennifer's luggage"

My whole technology system is named after Dr Who so my suitcase is now "The Companion's Escape Kit", lol.

Top O' da Morn' all,
We're almost half way to St. Paddy's. Please don't celebrate irresponsibly and turn green.
It's been an intense couple days. Paula had to put her dog down Tuesday afternoon. I wanted to be there for her throughout. It was really intense. While her dog, Shayna was being put down, I got triggered by old traumatic events related to death. Sleep has been even worse with the normal nightmares from my prior interactions with situations like that. Paula went home this morning and I'll check on her as often as possible. I'm ready for a nap.
I think im going to stop seeing my longtime therapist. I brought up a concern a month ago. Each week since, the sessions have been difficult due to him acting differently and using passive aggressive sarcasm. Yesterday's session left me with the feeling that it was a waste of my time. Not good. Finding a new therapist may be rough, though.
QOTD- I'm not a fan of speaking in front of large crowds. I can do it now without anyone noticing my discontent. There is still anxiety but it's workable. I no longer freak the fook out. It's a long way from freezing every time I spoke 30 years ago.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Pulled pork, salad.
D: Leftover prime rib, a green veggie, and a few spoonfuls of mashed.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Finding a new therapist will probably be worse than finding a new GP but if there's anyone you don't want to be passive aggressive with you, I have to believe it's the therapist. I hope your week gets better
