I don't recall ever reading the Swiss family Robinson. I have seen the cartoons though. I loved loved Jules Verne books. 20,000 league under the sea and 80 days around the world were my repeat reading books. Imagine my disappointment when I recommended the 20,000 leagues to my daughter when she was 8-10 and after a quarter of the book she came to me and said she can't read it and not interested. It was hard for me to swallow that, but I made a good show.
Now that you say the sequel is written by Verne I gotta go read both.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Work and life have been crazy so posting has had to go to the wayside. I try to catch a peak of how you are all doing sounds like the same old same old with a little rain sprinkled in. I have been overwhelmed with work and getting set up with a new primary care physician. I went to one today I like her, but I do not like the office. They charge you to fill out documents for FMLA and for Disability cases which is a bunch of whohaa in my book.

QOTD: I do not read them once so I would never do it 2x

Accountability: I been making zucchini waffles using almond flour and I stack fresh tomatoes and crack chicken on them. Very yummy but I grabbed one and ate it plain before I headed to bed last night.

TSS: 5 years 9-month 2-days 158 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice creamer

MS: peanuts and cheese. I was going to add yogurt and berries, but I am full.

CB: Coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice creamer

L: l1/2 blue cheeseburger on cloud bread and a little crack chicken if needed.

D: probably zucchini waffle with tomato and crack chicken

Exercise: Dog walking. 3.1-mile run (Done)

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Last week I finally called to make an appointment for a physical. My last was scheduled for April 2020, and was canceled because of covid. I've just dropped the ball since. As I made the call I started to worry they might have axed me because it's been so long. I didn't want to search for someone new.

I hate having to figure out a new GP. It's so frustrating finding a practice that fits. I'm sorry that you are having a hard time with work and stuff.

Winnie the Pooh-ing...also called Porky Pigging. Now you will become aware of how many older cartoon characters were anti-pants, lol

Have I heard of Winnie the Poohing? I invented Winnie the Poohing.

Have you heard of Prarie Dogging? The first time I heard that, in the movie Rat Race, I almost died.
