I would love to scavenge the college kids' discarded treasures in Boston. I am constantly sourcing things to flip. Free is the best price; 100% profit and I love finding gold in dem dar hills. We have a much smaller scale mass exodus of Depaul University in Lincoln Park every year, about June 10.

QOTD- So much ridiculous news in the world. How bout this gem from yesterday in a Chicago Twitter Newsfeed: "Today we learned that the Ohio State Police has a *****in logo."

B: 1/3 bagel, lox. Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt.

L: Steak, roasted garlic, asparagus, grilled onions, and eggs. Carrots.

D: PP shake or Turkey sausage & artichoke bake.

Accountability: I was given a pastry from a really popular bakery. I would never wait in an hour line for a croissant but I will eat this hand delivered Kouign Amann. That's a treat that I'm really looking forward to when I finish my day.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning! I am loving the cool air here at home. It seems to have given me a boost of energy. Not sure I need more energy, but I'm putting it to good use. Yesterday saw not only my summit walk, work out and PT, I also scrubbed down the guest suite and hand washed the stairs. Cleaned and watered the front lawn, cleaned out the fridge, organized meals for the week and did a load of laundry. Oh, and took a nap too. Today I've done the backyard and patio and have a big walk and chair yoga class. I'm trying to move, move, move!

QoTD: I've got nothing, but was entertained by this meme this morning. Flat earthers have nothing to fear but sphere itself.

Watering the lawn, My sprinklers came on when I was taking out the trash this morning and I noticed one of them was spraying in the wrong direction so I turned it...and after it broke off in my hand, it was just spraying straight up. Oops. Thinking I might hand water the rest of the month since it's really only about two weeks until I turn them off until spring and then I'll know how much of my xeriscape is really drought tolerant, lol

QJB- sounds like you didn't get to the beach yesterday. Enjoy your time today. Hopefully the nap in the warmth and sun will happen.

I am off work today. I had a dermatology appointment for a couple of pre- cancer spots in my face. I was also supposed to have a facial but was told to wait a week or two after the dermatology treatment of pre-cancer spots. So I did cancel that. I already ran by the eye doctor to pickup a years worth of contact lenses. Next will be a yoga class. My plan is also to get a weight workout in this afternoon. Otherwise, I will do a few things around the house.

QOTD: I got nothing since I don'****ch the news or really view social media posts.
