Work related funny: as a joke I said how about we have the retreat in Belize? Never in a million years, after Covid, I thought we'd do international. But couple of big wigs listened and said come back with suggestions. Holy crap. I can even offer to sacrifice and go for a couple of site surveys. I'm not sure it will happen but it will be fun researching for it. The only problem is the retreat is in March and it's Belize's high season.
QOD - tourists destroying historical monuments. Yesterday I read two people were excavating through the Chinese wall because they wanted a shortcut. Have people gone mad? Is this what they meant when they said long term Covid effects? It's happening more and more and I feel people have forgotten how to behave in society.
