Yay for 9k! I had one day a few weeks ago where I had only 1100 steps when I got home from the office, it was horrible.

Been there! Looking at my recent step totals, I had 288 on Sunday! But I only wore my watch for a couple hours and forgot to put it on after my shower and then was gone for the day. Felt nekked.

I get around 10,000 on days I run but if I don't I average around 2500 on workdays and 5000 on the weekend. Just reminds me how important it is to get back to my morning run.

Nice job on the steps.
Have you seen those under the desk treadmills? Is that something you can use? Or under the desk elliptical, it's very unobtrusive. It reminds me of swans that above water they look calm but under water they are pedaling like crazy.

I would love a full standing treadmill desk at work, but unless I went really slow, I see tons of typos. I could do a sitting elliptical or pedal numbers... hum, I will look in that!

Good Morning! Enjoy your beach day. I'm not sure why today feels like Thursday when it should really feel like Tuesday, it definitely doesn't feel like Wednesday. Yesterday was busy as expected and somehow I tweaked my foot randomly when I was going up the stairs so I'm taking a rest day today since it still seems angry.
QOTD: I can't think of any but I think I'd watch a film about "Allston Christmas".
