yawn...I had a crappy night as well. Must be something in the "air". Had nightmares and horrible pain to wake up to. Can I get a do over?
Yesterday's appointment was at 3:55. Had to be there 20 minutes earlier than that. I didn't leave until 6:09. Gawd why do these office management folks book like they do at some medical places? Sitting for that long just about did me in. Good...no GREAT news is my eyes looked great and I don't have to go bac****il September 24,2024...woot!
We may or may not go to Walmart today. Depending on my mom's bank account. Her retirement payment is odd and can take up to 7 days to process if it falls during a weekend. I made a boo boo on my bank account and forgot a payment that was coming out for something. At least I didn't overdraw!
I'm trying really hard to be more positive. My mind is pretty dark right now over a lot of things. But I'm really really trying.
QOTD: some of you may of heard of the impeachment of Ken Paxton, who is our attorney general. I just find it wildly entertaining even though I shouldn't. The man is a worm...no a worm has purpose. This dude is a douche canoe. I do find a little delight in his misfortunes. He is a scum bucket.
Food will be a very tiny breakfast burrito and the rest of the day? Who knows!

Especially since the guy is a habitual cheater. Part of the whole thing is about covering up extra marital affairs. His mistress is going to testify.

Good morning ~ That meme cracked me up. Stress dreams suck - enjoy your beach day! Yesterday the day started out rough, but I felt well by mid morning. I had a very productive day around the house yesterday while WFH and got in over 9000 steps without exercise. I was able to listen to my trainings while getting a ton done. I don't know about you guys but I rarely get over 5000 these days so I was really happy with that. Today I'm in the office with 3 back to back meetings this morning one of which I had drama dreams about last night but feel indifferent about this morning - good!
