What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I know a lot of the icons from Rocky Horror, but I've never actually seen it.

G'morning all!
I snorted my coffee at that meme. There is pumpkin everything all around. Yesterday I even tried making a "healthy" pumpkin muffin with almond flour and protein powder. No wonder it was healthy because after two bites I was gagging. I couldn't finish the muffin, which is a win. In my head I was telling myself just eat a regular muffin and enjoy it instead of all these healthy hacks.
We had a nice weekend with a 7 miles cliff stroll thrown in. A friend came to town and wanted to see certain beaches (he collects sand from different beaches) so we tagged along and had a nice day. Other than that just lazy days and enjoying them.
QOD - the orange one and the Kardashians. I don'****ch them but they are always sneaking in on my feed, one sister or the other. I gotta admit though because of them I had sworn to never buy skims, but so far the two items I bought are actually good.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee & built bar puff
- Cold cut and cheese
- Protein pumpkin muffin
- Sushi
- E: nope
Happy taco Tue!

Sometimes it is just better to have a few bites if the real thing! The problem is, it's a lot easier to stop at a few bites of the healthified but not tasty one.

You said one time someone told you to sub for everything and I have been. It seems to be keeping me at a steady weight and I even dropped a few pounds. Exactly 5 since Memorial Day. I am going to try to stick with the subs. I did make a zucchini pizza this weekend that was terrible. I made sure not to keep that recipe.

Nice job on dropping. Slow and steady.
Sometimes the subs are not worth it.

Every time I tried to substitute, it was horrible. I'll never forget the time I tried cooking turkey bacon. I said I tried cooking it, not eating it. It was about halfway cooked when it just looked and smelled awful. I tossed it out halfway done.
I just decided I'd eat real stuff, and save the calories some other way.
