Good mornin everyone! QJB, sorry to hear your acid reflux is with you again.
Not just a whole lot planned for the day. I have an appointment at 3:55 with the eye specialist. The very last one of the day lol. I also need to pick up some prescriptions. Exciting times.
Pain level is extremely high this mornin. We're supposed to get to 103° today. I'm so ready for summer to end. Somehow heat makes my pain worse...even worse than winter time.
I got a wild hair to tie dye a top sheet for my bed. I only use two sheets almost year round and wanted a change. I did it yesterday and even with a few mistakes I really like it! Even did matching pillowcases. Will post pics later, maybe tomorrow.
QOTD: I'm with ya on Brady. Ewww. Overall I'd pick a former president. DJT. The name that mustn't be said.

Good morning and happy Tuesday!
I had a great long weekend with a nice mix of productivity, exercise, and relaxing. I finally finished season 3 of the Witcher and I watched all of season 3 of Van Der Vale, read 4 books (but two I had been about half through with) and changed up my guest room (I found a small dresser for it). I'm ready for the week ahead, which will involve the usual cramming 5 days into 4 that happens at the end of every long weekend.
Today is before work rowing, a busy meeting day, my trainer after work and then an evening chat with one of the bands I'm support on Patreon, and I want to do some reorganizing in my dining room. Busy, Busy!
QOTD - life's too short, if I'm not interested in them, I just ignore them. Let people like what they like as long as they don't make me do it or try to understand it.

Love your ability to block out what annoys you. I can do it with a lot, but I actually audible groan/growl when TB12 shows up on the morning news cycle every day. His narcissism makes my blood boil.

Getting rid of TV did a lot for my ability to ignore things. Now I only see things when I go look for them and I try not to hate watch much. Notice it's a try, not a do not, lol

If it were up to me we wouldn't have a tv either. Would be so nice without it! My mom has to have it on.
