The only one I use constantly is lefty loosey and righty tighty. When I was in college I would have words and sentences for anything I needed to memorize for an exam and then promptly forget it. There is a memory technique that goes one run, two zoo, three tree that I learned long ago and use for any list.

I used to be able to memorize a list of 100 random objects and repeat them back. It was a useful skill for school work. Now I rarely need to remember things and can just put a note on my Apple watch. But I do mental lists just to keep my brain working.

Good morning ~ I want that Georgia scale, too! Could those cookie cards look any sweeter? SO cute! Yesterday was so much of fun with Sheila! Who doesn't love her gorgeous smile?! Hearst Castle didn't disappoint at all. Funny how different the tour guides describe everything. Previously on this same tour, the tour guide made Hearst and all the parties out to be so scandalous with juicy gossip about his mistress and the celebs that came to stay. This time, they were much more respectful and highlighted all the wonderful things they have done. I could totally live there, no problem! It was just beautiful. I woke up feeling hungover this morning without having a drop? I was going to take a rest day, but Jen commented about September iFit challenge and I want to go going on that today. Later, I am going to my sisters for a pool day, low carb Mexican food and a margarita will happen, but easy does it. Tomorrow I am 24/7 class work and Sunday a BBQ at my brothers. Monday will be another 24/7 class work day then ready for September at work! Lots of work travel the next 2 months.

QOTD - Not that I can think of... although not the same, there are plenty of words I pronounce phonetically for dramatic effect

B- coffee, cheesy egg scramble

l - low carb mexican dish and a marg

d - turkey burger big mac in a bowl

s- fresh tomatoes from my sisters garden - so excited

Here you go - some of the fun! We actually saw the zebras - pic blown up to see the strip detail

Have a great weekend!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I love the cookie as always and we will have that weather you speak of again today. But not for long because they are expecting high 80's and 90's starting Sunday. Oh yeah where was that weather on the weekends when I wanted to use the pool.

Weekend consist of HITT class tomorrow morning. An annual church flee market we been doing for years and always find great stuff and mom duty. Have an end of summer picnic on Sunday so Saturday night I am making a big cucumber garbanzo bean salad and pepperoni rolls. Hoping my friend can bring the twins Monday so we can have one last swim before we close the pool next weekend.

QOTD: I am so bad at remembering names, so I found a way to remember via TicTok. So, it is the person's name the tool you would use to murder them and a part of the body you would use it on. So, Monica with a machete, in the Mouth. Tracy with a Tool in the throat. It has actually been helping.

Accountability: Still eating the sal****er taffy and popcorn

TSS: 5 years 8-month 2-days 159.2 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee mate chocolate Caramel

MS: L&F caramel apple pice Greek Yogurt, berries.

CB: Coffee with SF chocolate caramel

L: Korean style chicken thigh, peach snack selects

D: going out for barbeque and I will order brisket

Exercise: Dog walking. I could not get out of bed and when I rolled over for 1 more hour of sleep, I had terrible nightmares should have just run.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great holiday weekend my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Maui Maui Taco and Portobello stuffed with creamed spinach and crab cake I had on vacation and a tank I bought to wear to the gym
