One of my besties is in the process of trying to lose 20 pounds so she can get hers scheduled. It's a long road, and her insurance excludes WLS.

Structure is good but so is go with the flow. However, I do like to keep busy, so I don't focus on self-destructive things like eating! Thus, the regimented workouts for me and other planned activities, but a do-nothing day here and there is nice. How is your weight loss going with your dedicated lower calories? You are doing really well on your eating.
Yesterday at work the internet went down and with so many of the things I do are connected to the internet I ended up leaving early to go for an earlier workout. This was good since I was wavering on the weightlifting. I ended up having a good weight workout and a hard yoga session. All good. Same plan today, paperwork at work, lifting, and yoga.
QOTD: Someone complimented my dress yesterday.
Accountability: good but a few extra pc of sf chocolate.
