Good morning all. Yesterday was a bunch of putting stuff away and straightening up. Including the attic. It's hotter than heck up there. Today is more of the same. Ick.

Hams are on sale starting Monday, and the cat is happy!

QOTD: Trap. I'm pretty sure if I answer this honestly, I'll be in big trouble.

I'm ready for fall. Tired of the heat! We're supposed to be in the upper 90's for at least the 10 day's ahead. Booo!

Yay for hams on sale!

So many people are ready for cooler temperatures. I am not there yet but we haven't experienced the temperatures some of you have in other parts of the country. Boo to colder weather.

I am 99% sure the last person who complimented you was my mother, but if there is someone other lady complimenting you that I don't know about, you set your own trap!

Good Morning! Friday-Eve! I hope you enjoy getting your patio set up. I think we are supposed to cool down a bit the next few days so that will be nice. The infusion took just about an hour. I am glad I was able to just come home for the afternoon since I got really tired. John said it happened last time too but I don't remember that. I sorta napped in the afternoon and went to bed early but I'm still sleepy this morning but feel fine otherwise.

QOTD: Probably on my hair. It seems a few times a month a random person somewhere compliments me on my hair. Your mom sending a sweet poem melts my heart.

Good morning everyone! QJB, I am A structure person too and when I don't have one, I have to make one. I have learned as I got older that I also can relax my structure if it's just one I created for myself. I used to let some arbitrary self imposed meaningless deadline (be done grocery shopping by 8am) ruin my whole day.

yesterdays training and testing was exhausting but I'm ready for round two today. I went to bed early, woke up late (did I mention yesterday was exhausting?) so only did a quick 15 minute row to get the blood and brain going. I'm at 494.59 for the year and feel like I should get back on this afternoon to get to an even 500, lol.

Not sure about meals, yesterday we barely got any bio breaks or time to eat so today I have the coffee and water and a few snacks in arms reach.

qotd - yesterday instead of taking the 10 minute lunch we got, I called a colleague that I heard was struggling with some things. I helped her through it, Gave some cheerleading and she told me (through tears) that she appreciated how genuine and supportive I am and that it would let her enjoy the long weekend without overwhelming anxiety.

have a terrific Thursday!

I am convinced my life would have been a complete waste if I did not plan, create lists, and cross off completed tasks. I do know that it does not matter if I plan to clean the bathroom on Wednesday and put it off until Friday but I believe that I have to have the task on the list. It is my personal style though and others have their way of living.

It was so sweet of you to help your friend through her crisis. And so sweet of her to show appreciation.
