Wow that is interesting about your dad. Where else did he go with the Peace Corps? I think about volunteering for medical or humanitarian missions every now and then but not really sure which organizations to look into... I guess I should check the internet for options.

Case numbers are spiking. A couple of area hospitals are again requiring employees to mask, but not patients. I think they are more worried about staff shortages.

That looks fantastic. I did do a Beach Yoga class while I was on Vacation. I need to add that into my exercise I loved it. I wish I could do it on the beach though. My friend said she had great looking back after doing a lot of yoga. I guess when they add more hours to my day, I will be in.

I have doctors' appts most of the day today. It's looking to be a long day. I'm at appt #2 and the doctor is running 2 hours late. I'm making good use of the wait time but am concerned about timing for my last appt at 2pm, which I can't miss & I've had scheduled for months.
QOTD - Pens. Pilot 207 clicky Pens or sharpie clicky Pens. All of the other ones I've tried don't work as well. I think because I push down too hard on the paper when writing.
