I don't understand why some of these big books, like Holly, get released the day after a long weekend. Releasing it the week before would be perfect for people to dive into over the break.

Totally agree! I was going to save it for a conference road trip 2 weeks after release, but that isn't happening!!

Congrats on building workout consistency! I haven't refound my love of exercise but I really need to. It's so good for my mental health and I hate that I abandoned a really good streak of many years.

I remember you had an awesome exercise routine and lived in your gym clothes! You'll get there. I'm trying not to overwhelm myself because 'all or nothing' ends up meaning nothing and that doesn't work for me.

Quick post, I'm at the Dermatologist. After that I'm going to try and go to Gordon Foods to get some flavored waters for the next couple of weeks. And then I have to drive to a different facility for my other appointment.
QOTD: Mostly Sandra Bullock comedies and thriller novels lately. Summer stuff, not too much inspiration. Although Leaving Las Vegas did inspire me a bit.
Breakfast: English muffin
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: I could eat that chicken for the fourth straight night but Marilyn is probably bored with it.
