What's on your Monday Menu?

Morning Gang, Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a nice weekend :) All good here. I got some really solid work done on my capstone yesterday and I hope to keep the momentum going this morning. My reward for getting a lot done will be finally going to see a matinee of Barbie!
QOTD: What is the last app you added to your phone, tablet, or computer? Last night I downloaded Shazam which identifies songs for you, because there was a song on a commercial that Grim wanted to identify.
Accountability: Saturday's choices & calories kinda sucked, but otherwise on track.
I'm planning around movie popcorn today :)

Morning everyone!
Not sure what today'll hold. Both of us is kind of broke right now so I'm sure we'll stay home. My stress levels are just so high that my eating has been pretty horrid. I really need to rein it in. Depression sucks...I've been constantly dealing with it since I was around 10. I have a new provider at the mental health clinic so we'll see what he has to say. I'm afraid to switch things up because it could be way worse. The pain has been a major factor so he may not want to change anything.
I did get some stuff done in my room but not as much as I'd of hope to. Will likely work more on that today. I've been up a long time already and have been having bad cramps in my left foot. It's annoying to say the least.
QOTD: hmmm oh I tried to see if my old Fitbit would work but it won't sync with my iPad and my phone is full so it's a no go. The Fitbit app has always given me trouble.
food is unplanned. I know coffee. I found some Tim Horton cold brew coffee that's birthday cake flavor so I'll be having one of those and another cup of Cusa cold brew.
I know some of y'all can relate. Mine would have coffee bean accents.

Good Monday morning, QJB and menuers! I had a lovely weekend - zoom with some of my favorite people on Friday, work and reading (Banyan Moon - highly recommend!) on Saturday, and abstract painting yesterday. All in all, a good mix of doing and relaxing!
QOTD: my most recent app was YouTube tv since we cut the cord on cable. But my best recent app is Otta. It surfaces jobs in tech and provides you with context about the company and gives you links to read more. It's awesome.
Wish me luck today! I have to present a product pitch and go to market plan as an interview project and then immediately after, I have another interview!
B: egg salad with everything but the bagel jalapeno
L: Amy's andouille chicken sausage
D: something with ground turkey and snow peas - maybe a Chinese sauce or I have some Thai curry or a jarred Indian sauce. TBD!
Have a kickass start to the week!
Is it just me or this has become the norm? I hate it when companies ask you to do a project for an interview. You are a saint for doing all these presentations.

It's so funny, I have a lot of friends who say "hard pass!". I actually like a project because I put a lot of effort into it so I know it sets me apart. Also, I have had prospective people do projects in the past, and you could really tell a lot about how someone's mind works. Or, if they are supposed to give a 30 minute presentation and show up with 100 slides, ummmm...
Luckily I think I nailed it! I got great feedback. It feels good to have that out of the way. My second interview got moved to Wednesday which is annoying. I mean, I already blow dried my hair and put on makeup today, and now I have to do it all again LOLOL.
Best wishes. Please keep us posted.
