Good Morning, everyone! Welcome to Hump Day. What's your plan?

I am pretty far ahead of where I needed to be this week. Yay! As of today I will have turned in every single assignment for this semester except for my final Capstone. It's due on 8/31 so I have time to really make it sharp. My only concern is that I have not gotten any grades on anything since the first week of class so I really have no idea if I am hitting the mark here. It's so frustrating. The whole class is aflutter with angry emails about it. Anyway, I think I might take today off from school to do some craft room organization and maybe make some "just for for practice" cookies with no pressure. Hopefully I will have at least one more grade by tomorrow.

QOTD: Pick a book or movie to live in. I would love to be a Hogwarts student, even with Voldemort on the loose. Hermione and I would be besties.

Accountability: Good. I subbed out a 100 calorie meat stick for a 70 calorie bag of Pirate Booty, which wasn't great for protein intake, but at least I don't screw up calories.

Good mornin everyone! QJB, that would frustrate the hell out of me too. You'd think they would be required to do the grading.

I've been up since a little before midnight. I took three Benadryl and all it did was help with some itching. I'm beginning to really show that I'm not sleeping well. My energy is rock bottom, bags under my eyes and just dragging with everything. It was a bad night pain wise. We had to move the fridge yesterday as we've had some mice get in the house. The cats killed 2 and the traps caught one. I think that is all because the cats aren't acting like there are more. I hope so. My legs cramped and hurt so much during my three hours in bed. The CBD is helping take the edge off but it will help hopefully more as time goes by. I just HAD TO say it wasn't hurting as bad because that always bites me in the ass.

If our m3th making neighbors stay home today we'll go to the lake. If not today probably tomorrow. I am looking forward to floating.

Over the next 7 days our coolest will be 97°. Oh joy. Our power bill a few cents less that 200 buck. Money is tight thanks to that and a few other high bills...I'm lookin at you insurance(house AND car). We'll be adjusting the thermostat on all our window units.

QOTD: ohhh good one! It may sound weird but I'm a huge fan of the early space flight eras. I would've love to seen the inner workings of NASA during Apollo 13. Those folks were extremely intelligent. Sexist yes but the science is amazing.

B: JUST egg bowl, coffee x3 and yogurt.

the rest is unplanned.

here is a pendant I made yesterday.

I wanted to also share the octopus plushy I found at the thrift store. It's the literal best.

Your chainmaille is always beautiful. Do you have an online presence for the pieces? Are any pieces for sale available online?

I mainly post on FB. I had to close my Etsy shop but I only sold tutorials. I do sell pieces if people see something they want/like. I'm not the most confident person in my abilities. I make also for a friend that does shows.

thanks! I appreciate it very much!

Sounds like a miserable night. When I worked night shift I hated being up during the middle of the night on off days. It seemed so isolating to be up when everyone was asleep. Perhaps being out in the fresh air and floating in the water will help settle you for a good night sleep.

Beautiful pendant as always. DD was wanting to have a small pendant of some sort made. About the size of a quarter. She liked the stuff you made for me. I will have her message you about what she would like if that is ok.
