That's a beautiful rod, Jim! Like something straight off a showroom floor. Glad it went so well and that you enjoy the area. And the Toccoa.

Good morning and yay for Monday. I'm headed into the office in a few minutes but I woke up early so was able to get my work out in. I usually have to workout after work on office days so I'm happy to start the week.
qotd - I don't cook with any (I just leave out any sweetener called for) and I have really cut back on the coffee syrups which was my biggest area of artificial sweeteners. Now they are only an occasional bs daily thing. I don't avoid artificial sweeteners if they are in something (barebells and built bars come to mind).
menu today
coffee plus half and half x2
skyr
Slice left over pizza
probably deli Turkey breast with cheese
have a great Monday all

Good mornin everyone.
QJB our two are from the same litter and like yours they are starkly different and never been apart except when they were spayed and neutered. Percy is energetic and active. Opal is pudgy and spooked very easily. She gets her exercise from Percy chasing her. He is so inquisitive and remember where we put stuff and can jump on top of our china cabinets. He is a turd but the sweetest thing. Opal is more guarded except when you're in the bathroom. I have been blessed to have two cats that were and are kind of like my soul animals. Otis and Percy. They love and loved me so much...I don't know that I deserve it!
Not a lot planned today. My CBD stuff comes this morning. I've been making pendants...only one more left and it's with a titanium center. It's 16swg wire and oh my goodness is it hard on my hands. It's grade 5 I do believe. I made one earlier this morning and almost started a fire when one of em sparked. After I get this last pendant done I need to work on bracelets and I might attempt a few earrings. I have some beads I've been feeling the need to use! We do have the kids today but they start school tomorrow, yay!
This weekend was a rough one. Lots of severe pain. I wish I could suck it up(hahaha memories) but it's just too pervasive. It's limiting what I can do now more than ever. If you're the praying type or could send some positive thoughts my way I'd really appreciate it. I really am hopeful the CBD stuff will help eventually. After finishing the gummies I'm going to go with pills from the same company. They are pricier but have more THC in it and the delta 9 strain that is supposed to help more with pain. I read that the gummies are good to start off with so we'll see.
QOTD: I use em but like you avoid sugar alcohols. Those make me feel very ill. I use stevia mostly but will use artificial sweeteners in things like diet pop and sugar free Powerade.
Food has been a disaster. Trying to medicate with food doesn't exactly work...
