a lot of people wear nice pants to weddings these days, too. I've even seen some people in jeans (younger people, of course) - I wouldn't go that far, but I think nice pants and top are fine if you don't want to wear a dress. that dress does look good on you, though!

My bestie and her hubby just went to a wedding this weekend. She sent me pictures of him wearing jeans with his cowboy hat. I'm sure it was in theme but still. Only wedding I have coming up is my sister, who's supposed to get hitched in a converted barn.

I own exactly one black skirt. Sadly the only time I wear it is for funerals. The last wedding I went to was my brothers like 14 or 15 years ago. I found a really pretty pant suit. It was a light purple and really flowed well. I wear shorts or capris about 95% of the time. If it's cold it's jeans. I look ridiculous in leggings due to my chicken legs(compared to my upper body).

I'm a big comfort over fashion cheerleader, personally. There are no tight shoes or pencil skirts in my future.
