I like that "dog petting" is exercise! Definitely meditation and good for the soul.

Good morning!
An easy day ahead for me. Workout will be a walk and then chair yoga with a short walk home. I'll be moving for nearly two hours, but none of it is the type of workout that will leave me sore. I was happy with my workout yesterday, got a lot of muscle burn and calorie burn. But my knee is getting worse and that's bumming me out. PT was another mini workout yesterday. He's all about my quads and I leave there with shaky legs. But food was on point and all my beverages were zero calorie.
QoTD: I've had some amazing bites. I've been very lucky there. Pasta Amatriciana in Rome. Baked Feta in Los Olivos that I have been trying to recreate for years. Gyros and Greek chicken in Simi Valley. Ghost Ranch food in Tempe AZ..I mean all the food I tried was hauntingly good! Italian in downtown Detroit. Bikini sandwiches at RDO in Las Vegas, all the food at Lunario and Adobe Guadalupe in Valle de Guadalupe, MX. I don't even want to try to pick a favorite. I just want to keep trying new things.
Bites today:
B: 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1/2 half hash brown patty
L: last of the baba ghanoush, Costco chicken bites, maybe a few pistachios for crunch.
D: maui ribs and onions and a little rice OR cheesesteak sausages and grilled veggies. I'll do an audible.
Exercise is walk and chair yoga. Plus PT requirements
Peace Everybody.

I'm sorry your knee is getting worse.
You have an amazing recall for detail on your food experiences. Wow! I just remember eating something tasty in Sopron and fragments and pieces. Your list is making me want to go do some exploring!

Good afternoon all,
Thought I had posted this morning but I guess my attempt timed out.
QJB - I missed your birthday! Happy Belated! Have a great time celebrating today.
QOTD- I occasionally (all the time) talk about food and it brings up a feeling or memory associated with that food. Recently, I have discussed Royal Red Shrimp in Key West (super sweet like lobster). This definitely suits the bill. I have considered mail order just to have them again. Just for Barbie, check out this elote.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Pulled pork. Salad
D: rotisserie chicken, mixed with onions, salsa

You look wonderfull. The good thing about birthdays is taht we can celbrate them when we want to. Yea about great weekend.
As for me, since thw trip, and getting a virus (most likley during traveling back) I have been really tired. Got sick, then got Fibromyalgia flare, now - I'm just tired. Coffee, tea, steroids, syntroid, energy pills... all of that and I'm just tired. When I try to push my body, I just overheat and sweat... but I'm still tired.
Today I barely got to work at noon. I have a bunch of work that I need to do, and thankfully some of it is just reports, banking, etc. I can do that when nobody is here and the office is nice 68F. (yes, I turn the termostat down when no one but me is here).
Most of peopel get really cold after RNY, my body got just the opposite. When I was fat - I was cold most of the time, since RNY - I'm hot, 99% of the time. the 1% is when im fasting for more than 48 hrs and then I can get cold. Cold that feels like my bones are freezing.
Beside that - Life is OK...
