QJB- Happy Re-Do Birthday! I am wishing you a delightful, fun-filled, day with laughter and love. It was very sweet of your friend to send you some b-day tacos (and something for the non-birthday boy also).
Back at the office today. It is good to be back in a routine. Before I left for the memorial service, I felt overwhelmed with what I needed to accomplish but now that I am back, I feel it is manageable. It is all about time and perspective. I was feeling the crunch of time to get things done but now feel like I have the time to get stuff done. Today is a couple of Teams meetings and more paperwork. I will use the work gym to get a weight workout in before my yoga practice tonight. Yesterday I signed up for a healthcare provider resiliency workshop that is being done by my company. It is later this month but will need to travel to Seattle area to attend. I will do a quick drive over and back. I looked into plane tix but yikes the prices were too high compared to the cost of gas. The workshop is supposed to be very reinvigorating and help prevent burnout. I am mainly attending so that I can promote the workshop to other co-workers after I see firsthand the content and outcomes. I don't feel that my position is highly stressful.
QOTD: Shrimp Etouffee from a restaurant in Augusta GA. Very delicious. They also had an excellent Glazed Pecan Chicken meal. It has been at least 20 years since I have had either. I wonder if they are as good as I remember.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
What a nice door dash surprise. Glad you are having a nice birthday. I wish I was 49 again. This getting old stuff is bull****
I did all kind of food prep last night I made an Italian cucumber salad, and I made homemade sauce with the tomatoes on my counter and poured it over the zucchini I stuffed with ground beef I added ricotta and parm too. Should be a lovely meal. I don't know why but it seems to decide to rain every morning when I am getting ready to go run. It happened again today. I got out of bed and was getting ready I opened the window, and I could hear the rain but not see it. There were 4 dear bedded down and all of a sudden, they got up and moved into the woods. Lightning and thunder and rain. For about 20 minutes so no run today. I got tomorrow and Friday because I committed to 3 runs a week and 1 Hitt class. Fingers crossed I get out tomorrow. It may rain again if the weatherman is right, but he usually isn't.
QOTD: It is called Our Famous stuffed bread sticks. They are fresh bread dough stuffed with a beautiful mozzarella and peperoni. They deep fry them, and the outside gets crisp and bubbly. I love the crunch when you bite into them. I also dream about the Shrrom's at Houlahan's. They are stuffed with garlic herb cream cheese batter dipped and deep fried and served with a horseradish sauce. I've tried to eat both since surgery and I have regretted it both times.

I would give those breadsticks a try right now if they were in front of me. I might regret it but I would give it a try!

I'm sure Pittsburgh will be a stop of yours sometime before you stop traveling. I will be glad to take you. The food network had a show one time and had all these top chefs highlight "The best thing they ever ate" This would be mine.
