What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Good morning everyone. So much to do, so little time. And maybe I'm too persnickety about how it gets done.
QOTD: I don't think in terms of new or different foods, probably because I don't eat them. I do think of when my favorite foods are cooked perfectly, but that seems to be more a function of random chance. Every steak, for instance, has different properties, and once in a while you get one that stands above the rest.

Have you had a bison steak (cooked by someone that knows how)? It might be both in your favorite foods and somewhat exotic for you!

What's worse is we were in a Sami village right before that feeding bags of moss to their reindeer. We went from the village to the restaurant. There was guilt but boy, that was a good dinner in preparation for sleeping on a block of ice!
