Good morning ~ Adorable meme! So much energy for a Monday morning but that is a good thing - it's contagious! I am ready for the week! I just finished 15 minutes of yoga and I'm so proud. I need to work up to a good routine as 'all or nothing' isn't working. Baby steps it is. I have a busy work week ahead and for-ev-er. I may get over my gym guilt and use the membership for the compression chair and hydro massage alone. If full time travel van people can use it to just shower, I can just massage! No gym bag needed. I may do that today - rewards are nice.

QOTD - Ditto on the hikes! I have not been on the trail since June. I have a few I'd like to do with Rob before Football starts and there are many I enjoy doing alone so I will save those - only a few more weeks.

B- coffee, cottage cheese

l - Real Good Orange chicken bowl

d - the last of the ribeye and mushroom leftovers w/2 zero tortillas

s- cucumber, grape tomatoes

e - 15 min yoga am, if I can get away - hydro and/or compression massage at lunch, 15 min yoga pm

I support using the gym membership for the massage! It's still getting use out of your program and it's good for the body! Congrats on the yoga. Remember 15 minutes is better than no minutes...5 minutes is better than no minutes:-)

I have that orange chicken..but I didn't realize you had to do the sauce separate and that feels like too much work. Let me know if it's worth it.

I made the orange chicken recipe that Mel posted, it was worth the work. I don't like to cook and I am making it again. It was best I have ever eaten.
