What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

I am so old fashioned that I had a landline phone until a year ago. With all my phone numbers stored on it. I only used the cellphone when I was not at home. Getting rid of that landline phone was a great thing. I did not realize how aggravating the daily telemarketer calls were until I no longer go them.

I get those calls on my cell phone. If I don't know you, I don't answer.

Exactly this. Even on all of the "do not call" lists I still get robo and other calls. If it's important someone will leave a voice-mail. Except crazy stalker guy, who has fortunately backed off and only calls my work phone about once a month now.

Friday!

I hate Styrofoam. I just cut up and put 7 bags of it out with the trash. Surely they can come up with a better alternative.

I need to finish assembling my saw now that it's in the basement, and add a 240 volt outlet. And relax a little and read up before our weekend away. And we are due a deluge today, and I'd like to mow the lawn first.

QOTD: I've never lost a phone -- for more than a half hour at a time, anyway. I don't think I've ever had a screen survive. They all get cracked. One took a few divots that looked like they were shot, but weren't. Honest. But they always work, and I keep them for a very long time.

When Arby's started they served a delicious roast beef that was roasting in front of you. Now it is some processed junk. I hate fake meat.

I've always sworn Arby's is fake meat! LOL.

I am a huge fan of processed meat. Give me some Braunschweiger or a hotdog any day.

How about liverwurst? I used to see that in grocery stores as a kid but not anymore.

Having begun to dabble with home electrical systems given the necessity of being familiar with my cobbled together country version, I love how you just toss adding a 240 in the basement. I'm properly terrified of electricity and probably take five times longer doing something to be extra, extra sure it won't crisp me. Would not make it as an electrician. Have fun with your outlet. :)

And thanks for the Friday ham laugh.
