What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Goooooooood morning! Wednesday already? Yikes. Yesterday was one of those days where I worked my butt off and didn't take a break at all from 7am - 7pm, but somehow I did 1,000,000 things to distract me from the thing I really needed to do. I did write one paper, but I MUST write the other stupid paper today. 5 more weeks of school--can you tell I am running out of steam? We're going away this weekend and it would be incredible if I actually got ahead on next week's work, too, but it's looking less and less likely. Maybe a trip to Starbucks will help kick my butt.
I DID put away that giant pile of cookie cutters, though! Whoo! This wasn't all of them, and it's only about 1/1000th of my total collection, so you can get a sense of what I am talking about. Most of these the ones in this pile were newly printed in the last 3 weeks or so.
QOTD: Would you go on a Hot Air Balloon Ride? Nope nope nope. I am not scared of heights, and I am sure I would enjoy it, but I think I would feel helpless and scared of being lost.
QOTD2: Can you believe I didn't win the lottery?? Me either!
Accountability: I grazed a little bit and ended the day at 770 calories. My weight has not budged in a week--not even an ounce. I know I haven't been perfect, but I certainly haven't eaten anything "bad." I hate that I can't seem to lose if I eat a calories over 600 a day. No wonder I gained so much this year. Gah.

Good morning QJB and menuers,
I see ice cream in that cookie cutters pile. Most of those are unrecognizable shapes in my book! Good for you getting them put away.
QOTD- Yep, and I am afraid of heights. I also did not win the lottery but it's no surprise since I'm pretty sure you have to buy a ticket for it to be the remotest of possibilities.
Office day today and I need to get gas on the way in. One tank is two office days. Just getting through meetings today. My mom went back to work yesterday for the first time since April. That's rough, and I chatted with her for her whole commute to distract her from the pain in her leg.
Accountability- Got in my protein by making and eating a giant protein pudding and a ton of shrimp. Delicious kitchen experiments.
Exercise is office stuff.
Menu today is turkey and cheese on an English muffin, last of the chorizo meatloaf and chorizo peppers, two boiled eggs, dates, seaweed, blueberries, baked fish for dinner. I do need to deal with the flank steak and sausage.
Happy Wednesday everyone! Halfway.

Good morning and yay for Wednesday! I have to cram a full days work in before noon so I can leave for a hearing test and then a massage. At least one of these things will be fun.
QOTD - sure, I have good insurance. We have a lot of hot air balloons out here and a week or two ago one crashed in a high wind situation. No one died.
QOTD2 - did anyone win or is it still growing?
My trainer invented some new tortures for me yesterday which seems to have found a few new muscles so that's fun. I do need to get my rowing in this morning before the aforementioned cramming everything into the shorter day because I won't have a chance tomorrow so it will be a scheduled rest day. I did get to kohls, get to the grocery store yesterday so that's all goodness. I also had a surprise 4 hour leadership training yesterday which was very good but somehow I had completely missed it on my calendar.
menu today:
coffee plus half and half X2
bagel thin and poached egg
deli turkey with slice cheddar
barebells bar
TBD on anything else
Have a wonderful mid-week everyone!

Good day, one and all. I said good day.
The air was nice and dry yesterday, and should be today as well. I dislike the high humidity. I didn't weed yesterday, but I cut up a bunch of firewood I need to get rid of. I've got one more estimate next week to get our driveway repaved, so I've got to give away this wood.
QOTD: I think I'd go up in a hot air balloon, but it's not on my list of things to do. I don't like heights.

Good mornin everyone!
ikve been up since 4 something but can't go into the living room due to the kids being asleep in there. I'm eager to sit in a chair and not my bed. The new muscle relaxer helped my calf muscles a lot but after it wore off it was cramp galore! Even had on in my ankle area. Yikes,
Not a lot planned for the day. The kids get picked up at 3. I am going to make them waffles and pancakes this morning. The waffles(Belgian) are ok but neither are my thing. Not sure what I'll have...prob another egg bowl and coffee.
QOTD: yup.
QOTD 2: I didn't either! Ha, I should've at least played though! lol
B: JUST egg bowl, coffee and maybe yogurt
L: chicken sausage and ???
The rest is unplanned
