Good morning, everybody!

Definitely plenty of more shorts season left for me. At least two months, and they won?t really get put away until October.

What is with the Post Malone collectible cups at Raising Cains Chicken? Every time I ride by there I see the sign and wonder if it?s a real thing. Who is out there furnishing there cupboards with these things?

I rode an E-bike for the first time while we were in Europe. They are pretty fun! We were in Passau Germany and rode them for about 15 kilometers. There are a number of different settings which give you varying levels of assistance. Mostly on the hills.

But we rode through the vineyards of the Wachau Valley with no problems. My understanding is that getting the motor in the center frame of the bike makes it more stable, which ours were.

In any case, I thought it was great fun. On one of the other groups, a lady fell twice and was quite bruised for the roof the trip, poor thing.

I managed to make it to both lifting and CrossFit yesterday, so the week is off to a good start.

QOTD: We have a Coca Cola replica fridge that lost its cooling function. Small appliance repairmen are no longer a thing, so I am going to have to figure out how to fix it on my own. Also, double unders that aren?t crappy.

Breakfast: Corned Beef Hash

Lunch: Chicken Parm

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

my next bike will probably be an electric one - maybe once I get into my 70s (seven more years!)

Love my ebike! But exercise all caution when riding. They are definitely not toys. They weigh so much that when you go down, you go down hard.

I think that is what happened to that one lady, plus she was on blood thinners, I think.

EEEEK! I don't even need the added blood thinner situation. My skin has definitely become "old lady" skin and I'm always marked up with purple blotches now. Hate it.

I asked my doctor about that recently. She wonders if it can contributed to my tendency to run low on iron. I called it "old lady" skin and her response was your 45!
