Good morning ~ Sounds like a very nice weekend! What I wouldn't do for a good lobster roll on the west coast! My weekend was very busy and productive though I wish I had a few more days. Back to the grind. Should be a busy week with the month closing and a few training and meetings.

QOTD - shopping if I'm honest. Followed by cooking, eating, relaxing with a good show or listening to a great audible while doing just about anything.

My snipping tool keeps freezing so here are my eats for today

B - coffee, L&F yogurt

L- turkey meatballs, sauce, parm

d - leftover pork chop, cheddar, zero carb tortillas

s - tomatoes, carrots, greek yogurt dip

It's cooled down a bit, so yoga after work - chances are 1 out of 2.

I have never had a lobster roll and no plans to be around New England anytime soon. My project for today is going to be to try to make my own lobster roll using this recipe. Please let me know if this needs any changes to make it authentic.

Looks good to me, but I would leave out the celery personally. We don't have split top buns in CA that I can find anywhere, they are the best. Enjoy!!
