Good morning all and Happy Monday,

That picture is great. Kudos to whoever staged that.

I had a nice relaxing weekend. I spent time with the family and checked out a speaker.

I need to get down to business this week but still have a case of the boo hoos. That's old negative self talk in hopes of cracking the whip on myself. Maybe that will work kickstart tackling the hard stuff.

I currently have 4 donuts(3 1/2 now) in the house and need to bring them to the club today. I have proven to myself that I can't have it in the house or it will go in the stomach. I bought a dozen to hand out to strangers who look like they could use a donut. I gave 4 donuts to homeless, 2 donuts to my sister, and ate 2 donuts. Not happy about eating the donuts but not beating myself up over it.

QOTD- Music, meditation, and breathing exercises help get that gas gauge from E --> 1/2 full.

Accountability- Donut

Success - one bite of a cheddar Bay biscuit at Red sLobster.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine. 1/2 donut.

L: Grilled shrimp, green beans.

D: Salad, pulled pork & collards.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

I bought a huge bag of individual wrapped fun sized M&M's to fill my candy jar at work and a pack must have opened in the bag so instead of throwing them away I at 6 peanut M&M's I am beating myself up over. Mondays are always hard for me food wise.

I don't mind being the only adult in the petting zoo. Will totally go to feed all the critters. It's gotten various reactions from partners over the decades until the crowning achievement of one being sneezed on by a zebra during a safari park drive. That was the same day I had a giraffe head in my lap. Good times.

QJB-Where is the picture of your broom? I want to see what it looks like. I am imaging an old timey witch broom. Good job on avoiding the fudge. It is good to shock the body with different calories on occasion so maybe your extra calories will help and not hinder your progress. You have been so very diligent in your eating.

Yesterday was a somewhat lazy day for me after getting my 2 yoga classes in and some housework I did a lot of reading. I have been enjoying the warmth of the outdoors. Finding shade and a comfy seat. Currently I am reading a book called Educated. It is non-fiction written by a woman who was raised in a fundamental, the end is near, Mormon house with no schooling while be raised (other than some self-teaching). It is very interesting. I would recommend it.

Today, just an oil change, maybe a pedicure. Tomorrow DD and I head to Montana. May try to do a hike along the way.

QOTD: Yoga is restorative for me. Doing activities with DD.

Accountability: didn't have my protein frosty instead opted for 100 cal bag popcorn, chocolate drizzled popcorn, and 4 pieces of chocolate. I was disappointed in myself after.

B: triple zero greek yogurt, berries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing

D: Summer berry salad with chicken, light poppyseed dressing

S: sf chocolate, protein frosty

E: 60 min inferno Pilates with weights and bands
