Good morning everybody!
I have a bit of Lunger's Butt this morning. We did these weighted lunges on Saturday morning: 95 pounds on shoulders was easy, 95 pounds on front rack was harder, but 95 pounds overhead was really tough. Hence the sore glutes.
The rest of the weekend went well. Met the new owners at the pizza party Friday night. They may convert to 24/7 with an app, which I would love.
Saturday morning I went to breakfast with my youngest and in the evening I watched movies with Marilyn. Yesterday, we went into the City because Marilyn had a tennis match. We went for dinner and to a local pastry shop.
I had a really small pouch this weekend, though and the fridge is full of leftovers, which will be today's menu.
QOTD: workout.
breakfast: ham and eggs
lunch: pasta with sausage
dinner: hamburger
Have a great day, all!

It's things like plumbers butt, er plungers butt, that I use as an excuse for not exercising. I mean who wants to go through the agony. No agony, no brag-iny.

I'm sure that you have also experienced the joy of 1) baggy skin, 2) lots of sit-ups, combined with 3) a hard floor. Quite a surprise when the water hits you in the shower
