What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Thanks! I love the fact that my new doctor is based in a converted old house and teleworks from Florida while the first one works in a swanky office. Guess this doctor does more to learn and keep his knowledge updated. Whatever it is, he's doing more so far! :)

Good morning and YAY!! It's finally friday, for real, actual FRIDAY!
That is a great picture of you two!
QOTD - hot, hot, hot. Another week of high 90s and sunny but then it should start to head back down towards the end of next week. We're 57 days from Fall!
I have a very low key weekend ahead of me, the first in a long time and I am ready for it. Nothing planned other than my workouts and the books I am going to devour and spraying the plants for Japanese beetles, they destroyed my roses this week. There are a few hours left on the roof work this morning so it might get loud around here, lol.
menu today is
coffee plus half and half X2
pb English muffin with blueberry jam
barebells bar
RGF chicken strips
Pictures are from the deck last night and John oliver last Sunday

Oh, awesome on the low-Key weekend. I found something that said dilute liquid fabric softener and water and spray your plants against the beetles, and it has worked wonderful for me without buying pesticides.

That?s something to try! I guess the infestation this year is awful. I usually avoid pesticides (I make a week killer of vinegar, orange oil and dish soap) but I sprayed the roses this morning with the treatment my sis recommended.

Being able to see the mountains every day would be such a nice mental reset. At least, that's how I felt staying in Kalispell some years back. Beautiful!

Since I moved back this last time, I never take them for granted. AZ and Montana mountains are beautiful but....not the same as home.

Good morning, everybody!
Trying this again because I deleted my first post accidentally.
QJB, we lived near Exeter New Hampshire when we were first married and a wind shear took out a whole hillside of mature pine trees. I can't remember what the weather event was called but it was scary.
My older son got a 91 on his electrical machinery test. We are very excited for him, this class was starting out as a bear and he struggled on the first test.
I am hoping that the success will spur him on to finish his class up early, so that he can head home next Friday and we can all go to Georgia together on Sunday. His computer class has a project due next Sunday, so unless he finishes early, he will meet us down there.
One side benefit of that would be laundry. We are taking the class with one of my retired partners and her husband. She grew up with only a sister and has a stepdaughter herself, so has never experienced the multi-sensory wonders of living with teenage boys.
We are traveling the next 3 or possibly 4 weekends, so staying close to home this weekend. CrossFit has a pizza party tonight, Marilyn has a couple of tennis matches, and I need to get some gear and our fishing licenses.
QOTD: Thunderstorms this morning
picture - our aprons came
Lunch: Steak
Dinner: Pizza
Have a great day, all!
