What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Chronic pain is no joke. Then add some break through pain and it's really difficult.
I can relate at the moment. My vacation to Poland - traveling, then food that I normally don't eat and in no time my fibromyalgia was back, inflammation, pain, etc. Some people don't get that during a flare, even a simple touch can feel like a slap- everything hurts.
I'm back from vacation, but I still eat "everything and anything", so the inflammation continue.
BTW: CBD oil - that did not do anything for me. Delta 8 and Delta 9 would put me to sleep, but it also gave me munchies.
Another item to consider - is Kratom. There are great companies that bring that from Asia, and distribute in US. I used to take a bunch of it, but went overboard so I had to stop. I now started taking some again - but mainly extract. Extract is more expensive, but I can take very little and it really deals with the pain than even narco doesn't touch (nerve pain in my leg). I have t be very very careful how much and how often I take. But - if anything - you may try to look into Kratom.

This is what I finished yesterday. The parts in all those clamps are on the right, with the number 7 on top. They are double thickness -- 1-1/2". The rest are single thickness. All are 10 degrees beveled into a cork shape.
There is a stack of 4 boxes behind and to the left of the forms, with a 7 on top. I boil the bends, bend and tack them together, and put two of these forms in, top and bottom. They keep the box in the correct shape while they dry.

That is very interesting....and I understand what you are saying and doing...which is also...interesting. Maybe I am developing a mechanical mind through osmosis over the internet:-)

You're going to so sad if you and QJB come here for a baseball game. I have tools and I even use some of them, they are cute and purple and I have a matching purple tool bag:-). I mostly use the hammer, I even have two of them.
