G'morning all!

Busy day yesterday. All work and no play make a very dull day. I didn't get to do my workouts till 7:30 pm and having had two sessions (my trainer and the program's coach) on the docket was not easy. But I did them and then crashed. Not trying to brag but doing deadlifts with a 40lb ez bar has become like the easiest thing on my list. When I see deadlifts, in my head I'm thinking phew, some rest. Burpees are still a no no for me.

QOTD: I can be the personal shopper to celebrities, or your typical undercover agent; and my affiliation would be a total mystery because I could be working for 4 different countries. I could spin so many stories for you.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • TJ kebabs w/fage yogurt dip
  • Iced coffee w/PP, 1/2 Barebells bar
  • Left over Crockpot chicken salsa with some pinto beans and corn
  • E: 2 sessions of weights
