you're taking a lasagna on the plane? I'm sure they'll let it through security, but you could get some interesting looks! (never mind - I just re-read your post - I"m assuming the lasagna is going to Maryland, not Costa Rica! LOL!!)

We were boarding for Vegas one Thanksgiving morning and the lady in front of us had a raw turkey. In the pan, out of it's wrappings. Just pushed it through the xray machine. Roger and I were like WTH????

Good morning all and Happy Thursday,

I won't bore everyone with details of my current issues today. Instead, here's the positive: woke up and meditated for an hour, did my morning readings, did a little exercise and stretching, brought breakfast to a homeless person, met with a sponsee.

I'm going to crush the rest of the day and continue to be grateful for everything I have.

QOTD- Primate Behavioral Therapist.

Accountability-I have to get my eating back on track. I could be doing much worse but am slacking from my commitment to eating well earlier this year.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: BBQ gumbo.

D: Salad with rotisserie chicken.

S: String cheese & an ice cream bar.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 224 9lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery.

Happy Good Morning!

What a great night I had. Jen -- Joan Jett and the Heartbreakers. Bryan Adams. OMD!!! (that's oh my dog in my family)!! What a great concert. Nearly 4 hours of music and I was up and dancing for two of them. They were amazing. We have no arenas around here with great sound, so I can only imagine how they were at your arena. Red Rocks? I'm still dancing and gushing. And I'll be singing tidbit all day long. Just total joy.

I stayed on track with food. I added a second glass of wine. Came in at 1015 calories for the day. We walked into the village for dinner, walked to the trolley, trolley to venue, in the venue we had to navigate down 84 stairs to our seats. I then proceeded to go back up those stairs four times for wine and pee breaks. Walked back to the trolley, home from trolley. Left at 4:45 and got home at 12:15. This was after yoga and PT. PT did a number on my knee. I officially have a diagnosis of Patellar Tendonitis. And, lucky me, the only cure is targeted exercise. So I am adding that to my daily routine. All that to say I had a tough night with knee pain and was up till 2. Lots of Tylenol and ice finally let me fall asleep and my knee feels tired, but ok so far today. I've decided to take a break today from my workout, but Rog and I are going to wander the mall, do a couple returns and see about a few things for Greece. Seems Roger's pants shrunk significantly while on the road trip and he needs to be presentable.

QoTD: Maybe food critic since I personally believe I have a very discerning palate.

Food today

B: chicken bites from Costco, cottage cheese

L: Might be at the mall, so maybe meatballs from the Northern Italian place

D: either sweet and sour chicken and fried rice from Costco or I might stop and get carne asada and veggies for Roger to grill up. On the fence about it.

Peace Everybody. In the words of Bryan Adams...All for One and all for love.

Red rocks is an amazing venue but really small,

only about 9k so they played Ball Arena which is about 21-22k. It is definitely the best concert of the year so far for me!

You should come here and see one at Red Rocks. They could be your stairs that day!
