Good Morning on this Friday-Eve. Productive days always seem to feel satisfying. I hope to tackle a few projects today and an interview I had on calendar wants to reschedule for Monday so I assume she's got other interviews lined up.

my brother's ex-wife had a sister who was a secret agent (or spy - is that the same thing?). I thought that was the coolest thing! (although maybe not so cool - when their mother died, they had no idea how to get ahold of the sister since she was on some undercover assignment - they weren't even told where she was - although of course that's a very unusual cir****tance!)

I have had a few friends that work for the CIA. Sometimes we wouldn't even know where they were. I can't keep a secret very well unless it would impact someone, I love so I am out on secret agent.

Mornin' All!

we met with our new estate attorney yesterday (our former one retired, so we were assigned to another one in their firm). We like her! She's fairly new (two years, I think?), but our trust was already drawn up by the other guy (with YEARS of experience), so now it's just updating what we have if and when laws or our wishes change. I'm sure she can handle that! So today I will be dropping off updated health care-related documents at my health clinic and mailing out and/or scanning stuff that needs to go to our "agents". I should probably go to water aerobics this morning, too, since it'll be another humid scorcher today, so I don't want to spend too much time outside. Dinner out tonight with some friends.

QOTD: the first thing that popped into mind was an architecture historian, so I'll guess I'll go with that!

B: plain skyr with fruit, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: bagged salad (need to use this up before it rots!) and some kind of protein - maybe more skyr/yogurt or a protein muffin

AS: hopefully nothing since we're having dinner out

D: we'll be at the restaurant. Probably soup & salad or maybe half of one of the sandwiches

have a great day, everyone!

Good morning ~ That is the problem with weighing everyday (I do every day, I can't help it) we fluctuate and it's normal, but so frustrating. Especially when we are being angels on plan. I had a great day at work yesterday, my boss is awesome. Things are getting better and even the trainee didn't bug. I crashed in the recliner around 6 last night and that was all she wrote. I could not keep my eyes open. Even this morning I'm struggling - no 4 am workout today. Maybe next week? I'm leaving work a little early for a hair appt - it's been forever and I can't wait.

QOTD - A chef or food stylist for like Martha Stewart or Ina Garten. Maybe a Nutritionist? Clearly it has to have something to do with food.

What I'm eating:

Have a great day!

I like yours Amy. I'd be a Gastronomical Development Specialist for Little Debbie. I'd throw around some snooty terms like "piquant" about the food at the party.
