I did sourdough a few years ago. It's pretty interesting. It's work at first, but much less so if you use it often. But if you're only making bread a time or two a year it's just too much work.

Agreed. At the time George was "born" and thrived, my daughter was the Pastry Chef at a golf resort in Tahoe and in charge of breads as well. George got a good workout on a regular basis.

at this point I'm planning to make this bread pretty frequently, but then it'll take awhile to get through a loaf unless DH helps. Although my mother is always complaining about being constipated. Giving her a loaf of this every couple of weeks might help...

Oh, I forgot I worked in the produce department in our local market and had to wear a smock. It was so cold you had no choice but to wear it.

Good morning folks.

Yesterday did not end well. Sufficed to say I had a few panic attacks and lots of pain that led up to them. Ugh. Just was panicked over what'll happen with my back stuff.

We got a call from a crisis prevention cop. He basically told my mom there was nothing they were going to do about our neighbor and his GF. He even had the audacity to suggest that we relocate. That teed me off right there. We would if we could because this part of our city is ignored by the police department. I could write a book on the crap that goes down. They drive down the street about 4-6 times a week and that's it. We've been told that we don't have police assigned to our area. I'm just tired of it. My mom was just so defeated yesterday and it sucked it happened on her birthday. Not impressed with this city.

The kids stayed over last night and that's always...eventful LOL. We have them until 3 so I'm not sure what else we'll do today.

QOTD: I worked at a movie theater and amusement park that had uniforms.

B: small slice of flat crust pizza and yogurt(they had the apple pie light n fit at Walmart)

L: 1 soft taco and 1 crispy taco

D: ?????

the perks of being in a Star Trek group in FB....
