I am not banging on JB at all, in any way, but I read an article in the NYT this weekend about Starbucks, it's tuition for baristas program and unions. When you said beverage exceeding the tuition tab it reminded me. It was a great read and might have changed my mind about spending my dollars at Starbucks.
Yup! They are paying 100% of her tuition. She did have to pay some taxes on a portion since CA. has a maximum that can be granted pre-tax. For her major she'll need a masters but it is helping to get the general taken care of. She originally didn't want to do it since it's remote but she saw the value.
DDS friend works at Starbucks. She plans to use th ASU tuition benefit when done with high school.

Oh yeah, totally didn't count those years in JMCROTC. I did want to be a brownie when I was little but there weren't enough kids in our area to form a group.
