Good mornin everyone!
Not a whole lot to report from the oven. Officially we got to 104° I think but at our house it was 106°. Supposed to be hotter today.
My visit with the doctor was long but ok. He put me on carafate for a month to make sure things heal. He also is having me to a few tests since I still have diarrhea more often than not. That's always fun...
The kids are over today and might spend the night but I'm not 100% sure.

Good morning ~ Sounds like a beautiful day, enjoy! I had a substantial todo list yesterday that I blew through and it was great feeling. Today I have an orientation for a new program we are starting. It's my welcome to grant writing. Starting with this one and will be taking over the existing grants eventually. Not so scary anymore. I can do anything I put my mind to, I just wish I weren't still short staffed now. I had my eval last week. Wonderful things were said but the thing that really stuck out is that I am way to hard on myself. Our mandatory staff meeting last week was on wellness, specific to our department but was all inclusive for admin staff which was amazing. To be personally asked by the big boss how he can support you and really mean it is nice. He is a great human. As a result, I have taken it down a notch or two in the anxiety department.
Exercise last night was just stretching - my back was sore. Since adding the bed topper, I don't have the hips problems I used to and I'm so grateful. I still can't believe it was that simple.
Did ya'll hear about cocaine shark in Florida?
QOTD - Online shopping - I obsessively look at and research all the things! A rising second are FB/Insta videos - omg they are fun.
