What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good Morning! Ahh, yesterday was so weird. I was incredibly busy but I can't really account for my day. What did I do?
Today we are heading to the Naval Base for lunch in RI where Grim's Brother works. Coincidentally, my favorite (shhh) cousin's kid will be spending a year on that base, and his induction ceremony is tonight so my cousin's wife is here. We'll head down and have lunch with her at the Officer's Club which is lovely -- right on the water!
QOTD: What's your biggest daily time suck? I don't do it every day, but I love laying in bed for an hour watching TikTok videos.
Accountability: I made some small changes to my menu yesterday but stuck to my calorie amount. 530 total. And even though I was off plan all weekend, I still lost a lb. this week :)
Not sure about today's menu because of our day out. It seems unlikely that I will stay under 500.
- Fit Frappe - 60 Cals
- Lunch - TBD
- Dinner - Chicken and Verde Salsa - 130 Calories
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Good morning QJB and menuers,
Those lost days are always fun...and sometimes those are my weekends! Yay for the pound of loss! Congrats.
QOTD- The last couple of months it's been researching recipes and three forums on Reddit. Then Animal Crossing to round out the top three.
This morning I have an x-ray to see how many markers are still in my system from the pill of what appeared to be tiny rubber bands I swallowed last Wednesday. It's my GI doctor's last idea to figure out what's going on. Should be a quick in and out and then office day.
Accountability- More Dutch oven bread. Delicious stuff.
Exercise - Office walking, bodyweight and baby weights.
Menu - Last of the pork loin and mushroom sauce, chorizo stuffed poblano, chorizo meatloaf with queso sauce, spiedies, Dutch oven bread, seaweed, part of a banana, turkey on an English muffin for breakfast.
Cheers!

Good Tuesday morning, all!
Im on a high today - met up with my mentor last night and somehow, 4.5 hours passed in the blink of an eye! It was great to connect and talk all about our lives and work and what's next for us both! It filled my soul!
Today is decently low key. I may do laundry and pack for my upcoming weekend trip back to my hometown, Detroit. Perhaps some meal prep for the fam. I have to make some calls and do some advising work.
QoTD: browse Instagram. I avoid tik tok because I am fully aware I will be sucked in and end up watching six hours a day of cat and cooking videos. Ha.
B: board head ever roast, havarti, avocado
L: chicken salad made from rotisserie chicken
D: ground turkey bowls from hello fre**** has brown rice and garlic and shawarma blend and cucumbers and tatziki and looks good!
Good morning gang. The cats not eating ham today. Either he's sick, or I'm about to be. I feel like someone should start a pool.
QOTD: I'd have a lot more time for other things if I didn't own a TV.
I'm weary of the news reporting things that are not news. A group of Harvard economists just released a study that says rich folks have a much better chance of getting into elite colleges. I'm flabbergasted.
