Congrats on no popcorn! That's a win for a two hour movie let alone 5 hours at the theater!

Wow, six weeks already? You're killing it. That's a lot of change in measurements toward your composition given how active you are!

Good morning! Late post for me. But I'm home from HITT and slowly cooling down. I had successful days and not so successful days this long weekend, but I'm firmly back in the saddle and shaking it off. Had a great time at the Pageant of the Masters, but we needed to get there so early to secure a picnic table that we spent hours noshing and drinking. I held off on the drinking until just before show time and had a glass of wine. Not terrible, but more noshing then I would normally do and ZERO exercise. My Iwatch was like "are you dead or something?".

Today I need to wait for the guys coming to detail the rig and then I get to go have a facial. Ahhhhh. I love that my work out is done for the whole day and I have very few plans. Got lots more veggies yesterday from my farmer girl, so I'm planning around that. And concentrating on water. It's warm here and my legs and feet are doing mini cramps from the workouts.

QoTD: I barely understand what it is, let alone how it can help me be more organized and productive. But what I do understand about it worries me. I want my grands using critical thinking skills and be proud of self produced work. It's going to be an interesting evolution to keep an eye on.

I'm thinking food for today is:

B: leftover grilled veggies, TJ's shaved beef and a fresh small tomato

L: leftover chili relleno, a little refried beans and a tomato

D: diced ham over a fresh corn, tomato, mixed salad greens and red onion. Hoping to create some kind of light ranch dressing for this. And a piece of Roger's croissant.

Can you tell I have tons of tomatoes????? They were still growing on Saturday, so I'm excited about how summery they taste!

Peace Everybody

Happy Monday everyone

I am back (again) this time from the girls trip to Montana with DD and her friend. We have a great time. My favorite activities was the Lewis and Clark Caverns and zip lining. We didn't get to all the planned activities as we ran out of time plus wanted some downtime also. I need to go back through last weeks posts to catch up with what you all did. Hope it was a nice week for everyone.

today I am prepping my meals for the weeks and will get in a yoga session. Plus or minus weights. We will see.

QOTD: have not used it as of yet.

Accountabiliry: been on a vacation menu. Tried not to go too crazy but I am happy to be back on plan. I do notice I get some low energy and feel hypoglycemic at times.

Meals:

B: triple zero Greek y with berries and keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing

D: summer berry salad with chicken light poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty, 6 pc sf chocolate

e: yoga

have a great week.
