Good morning everybody!

We had a nice restful weekend. Friday night, I came home from the gym, proclaimed that the workout was easy, and proceeded to fall asleep within 75 minutes. Maybe not so easy.

Saturday was gym, take out dinner and we watched Couples Retreat on cable. Marilyn was laughing and it was hurting the stomach muscles that she strained at rock climbing last week.

Yesterday we went to Oppenheimer. It was a pee twice kind of movie.

Today I have to bring Marilyn to the hospital for a procedure. She won't tell me much about why. If it's because it's a Women's Health issue that she isn't comfortable discussing with me, I respect that. But I am nervous that the reason she doesn't want to talk about it is because it's something serious. In any case, I bring her at around noon and bring her home this evening.

She can't have her toast this morning, which she is not happy about.

QOTD: I have not used it. I have read some internet articles that are really poorly written and wondered whether they were written by technology. Also, this is a good time to pout about missing my computer. Phone posting until Labor Day for me.

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich

Lunch: Chicken Schwarma

Dinner: TBD, we will se how Marilyn is feeling

There are some issues that I do not like discussing because it feels embarrassing.
